Delete Your CrewDesk Account

Delete from the app

Open CrewDesk, go to Settings, scroll to Account, and select Delete Account. Confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.

Crew organization owners

To prevent an organization from being left without an owner, remove or transfer every other crew member before deleting the owner account. Individual crew members can delete their own accounts without deleting the organization's shared business data.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, memberships, and business data owned solely by your organization, including customers, jobs, invoices, payment records, uploaded photos, and voice notes. QuickBooks access is disconnected when possible.

Subscriptions

Cancel an active subscription in Google Play before deleting your account. Account deletion does not control Google Play billing.
