CrewDesk helps independent contractors manage customers, jobs, invoices, payments, and optional accounting synchronization.
Information we collect
- Account and business details such as your name, email, company contact information, and subscription status.
- Customer, job, invoice, payment, photo, and voice-note information that you choose to add.
- Technical information needed for authentication, security, synchronization, diagnostics, and service reliability.
How we use information
We use information to provide CrewDesk, synchronize authorized devices, deliver invoices and reminders, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, support users, and improve reliability.
Service providers and integrations
We use providers including Supabase, PowerSync, Expo, RevenueCat, Google, Vercel, Twilio, and Resend. QuickBooks is optional and receives data only after an organization administrator connects an Intuit account.
Sharing and sales
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate requested features, comply with law, protect users, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encrypted transport, private storage, and organization-level authorization. We retain active account data while the account is open and remove it from active systems when the account is deleted, subject to legal obligations and provider backup schedules.
Your choices
You may update business information in CrewDesk, disconnect QuickBooks, manage your subscription through Google Play, or delete your account from Settings. See the account deletion page for details.
