Terms of Service
Last updated August 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of CrewDesk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
CrewDesk provides job scheduling, invoicing, payment tracking, customer communication, crew access, and optional QuickBooks synchronization. CrewDesk is an operational tool and is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Accounts and business data
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, obtaining permission to store customer information, and ensuring invoices and messages comply with applicable law.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are offered through Google Play. Current pricing and trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play. Deleting CrewDesk does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Payment collection
CrewDesk may display payment instructions that you configure and may link to QuickBooks Payments. CrewDesk does not hold customer funds or independently process card or bank payments.
Acceptable use
You may not use CrewDesk to violate law, send deceptive or unsolicited communications, access another organization without permission, distribute harmful material, or interfere with the service.
Third-party services
Features that connect to Google Play, QuickBooks, messaging providers, maps, or other services are also governed by those providers' terms and availability.
Availability and liability
We work to keep CrewDesk reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, CrewDesk is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using CrewDesk or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or abuse risks.
